- Unopened dietary supplement products in original sealed packaging
- Products damaged during shipping (reported within 48 hours of delivery)
- Incorrect products received
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
- Products with broken seals
- Products returned after the 30-day return period
- Products not purchased directly from our website
- Gift cards or promotional items
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Receive Authorization: Wait for our team to review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Return: Securely pack the product in its original packaging. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Package: Send the return to the address provided in the return authorization email.
- Track Your Return: Keep the shipping receipt and tracking number for your records.
Important: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or may experience delays in processing.
5. Return Shipping
5.1 Standard Returns
For standard returns (change of mind, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
5.2 Defective or Incorrect Products

7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please:
- Return the original product following our return process

8. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

9. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting our customer support immediately. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
Cancelled orders will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.
10. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be denied or reduced in the following circumstances:
- Product shows signs of use or tampering
- Original packaging or seals are missing or damaged
- Return is initiated after the 30-day window
- Product was purchased from unauthorized retailers
- Abuse of our return policy (excessive returns)
11. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than our standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.

Please do not send returns to our business address without first obtaining an RMA number. Returns should be sent to the address provided in your return authorization email.
